Q: What is the check in and check out time?
A: Check in time is 2:00 PM - Early arrival time is 11:00 am for an additional $15.00.
Check out time is 1:00 PM - Late departure is 6:00 PM for an additional $15.00.
Q: Are reservations needed prior to arrival?
A: Yes, it is highly recommended - you may call the Office @ 860-567-2119.
Q: What are my payment options?
A: Payment in full is required when making your reservation. To secure your reservation we accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover. A personal check is accepted but must be received at least 10 days prior to your arrival date.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations must take place 7 days prior to your arrival date. We do not give refunds on cancellations, we issue a "credit" which will need to be used by the end of the current camping season. No refunds or credit for holiday weekends. No refunds or credit issued due to inclement weather, early departure or eviction (see

Q: Is there a Store on site?
A: Yes, our Store is fully stocked.
Q: Are pets welcome?
A: Yes, we welcome "friendly" dogs on a leash. Health Department regulations dictate we require a copy of the current rabies certificate. Pets are not allowed in public areas (recreation hall, playground, store, swimming pool, etc.).
Q: Are visitors allowed?
A: Yes, please inform them they will need to stop at the Office to register prior to proceeding to your site. Visitors need to know there is a per person visiting fee. Many visitors are not campers themselves and would not expect to pay this fee. This fee gives each visitor full use of all Cozy Hills Campground facilities while on the premises. Visitors may arrive between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM and are welcome to stay until 10:00 PM. Remember up to 2 cars may be parked on your site and no cars can block the road. There is additional parking available by the Office. All cars must have a visitor's pass visible.
Q: May I request a particular site?
A: Yes, if the site is available.
Q: Is a campfire allowed?
A: Yes, you may have a campfire within the fire ring only. Fire rings cannot be relocated. There is firewood and fire starters available for sale at the Store.
